These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of insightillustrations.com and any work you commission from Insight Illustrations ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Inquiries & Quotes

Submitting the contact form is a preliminary inquiry, not a binding commitment. A project begins only after we mutually agree on scope, timeline, and pricing in writing. Quotes are estimates and may change if project requirements change.

Payment & Deposits

Projects may require a deposit before work begins. If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, the deposit will be retained to cover time spent on discovery and initial drafting. Specific payment terms are confirmed in your project agreement.

Revisions & Delivery

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final files are delivered after full payment is received.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the agreed usage rights to the final artwork as described in your project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Insight Illustrations retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. We retain ownership of preliminary sketches, drafts, and working files.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, data, or reference material you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You confirm that our work will not be used to misrepresent scientific findings.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight Illustrations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
